Windproof and waterproof jacket with taped seams, made from rip-stop material. Features a two-way front zipper with a storm flap secured by snaps for protection against wind and rain. Zippered chest pockets on both sides, with a loop in the left chest pocket for an ID badge holder. Zippered side pockets. Two zippered inner pockets, with one open pocket secured with Velcro on the left side. Adjustable cuffs with Velcro fastening. Removable hood adjustable with a drawstring. Waist adjustable with a drawstring. Lining can be opened for printing.
