All prices are exclusive of VAT.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery time 2-7 working days. Delivery time for printed products is approximately 3-9 working days.
We can print on all clothing and headgear, e.g. with a company logo/text. You can send us the logo/text by email to: info@suojasisafety.com
DELIVERY METHODS
We mainly deliver to the Helsinki metropolitan area with our own car, to the rest of Finland via MH. To Sweden via Postnord.
OWNERSHIP
We retain ownership of the goods until payment has been made in full.

Domestic online banks: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Säästöpankki, Oma Säästöpankki, POP Pankki, Aktia, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken and S-Pankki.
Credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Eurocard.
Payments with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as a payment intermediary service and payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. For payments made with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard cards, Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license.

Right of return and product exchanges
Products have a full 14-day right of return for consumer customers. The product to be returned must be unused and unchanged.
You must notify us in advance of the return by email to verkkokauppa@suojasisafety.com or by phone at +358 (0) 45 6001018, where you will receive return instructions.
The same right of return applies to damaged products or if you have received an incorrect delivery. In this case, you do not need to pay shipping costs.
However, we kindly ask you to state in your notification:
Reason for the return (if damaged or incorrect product)
Customer identification information (name / order number)
Do you just want to return the product and get your money back or do you wish us to send a similar product in place of the damaged or incorrect product (and refund any difference).
Products made to special order or otherwise customized for the customer do not have the right of return.
Complaints
We ask that all complaints regarding orders or deliveries be sent within seven (7) days of receiving the order to: verkkokauppa@suojasisafety.com +358 ( 0) 45 6001018
Order cancellation
The customer may cancel their order if delivery has not taken place within a reasonable time. Cancellation of the order must be notified to verkkokauppa@suojasisafety.com +358 ( 0) 45 6001018. We usually notify our customers by email or telephone if the delivery time differs from normal. Suojasi Safety also reserves the right to cancel the order and return the money to the customer's account.
